GTK Consulting has led aspects of some of NSW's most significant city-shaping projects over the past 10 years. Key projects include the $5 billion redevelopment of Sydney's premier convention, exhibition and entertainment destination at Darling Harbour; WestConnex, Australia's largest transport infrastructure project; as well as Western Sydney Stadium and the New Grafton Correctional Centre.

Tom has had a diverse career covering development, planning, design, commercial and communications in the property development, infrastructure, construction and Government sectors.
Tom specialises in providing strategic advice to take major projects from feasibility through to the development phase. His focus is the creation of significant precincts and destinations within urban environments, balancing financial, social and stakeholder requirements to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Tom has provided architectural design, urban design and statutory planning advice for some of our largest and most complex projects including the $5 billion redevelopment of Darling Harbour, $70 million Interim Exhibition Centre at Glebe Island, $300 million Western Sydney Stadium, $700 million Grafton Prison and the $200 million redevelopment of the Walsh Bay Performing Arts Centre. Tom has skilfully managed these projects through design development, preparation of Environmental Impact Statements and the planning assessment process with a high level of expertise without compromising the commercial and design integrity of the outcome.
