GTK Consulting has led aspects of some of NSW’s most significant city-shaping projects over the past 10 years. Key projects include the $5 billion redevelopment of Sydney’s premier convention, exhibition and entertainment destination at Darling Harbour, which included a landmark hotel, residential and commercial development; Westconnex, Australia’s largest transport infrastructure project; as well as Western Sydney Stadium and the New Grafton Correctional Centre.

Our experience spans commercial strategies for precinct redevelopments, strategic land use, concept and master planning, project feasibility assessment, and government and stakeholder relations. We have directed development, planning, urban design and commercial aspects of major Government sponsored projects under a range of structures including public private partnerships, project delivery agreements, and design and construct contracts.

Tom has had a diverse career covering development, planning, design, commercial and communications in the property development, infrastructure, construction and Government sectors. With over 10 years experience, Tom specialises in providing strategic advice to take major projects from the feasibility through to the development phase. Tom’s focus is the creation of significant precincts and destinations within urban environments, balancing the financial, social and stakeholder requirements to achieve sustainable outcomes.

Tom’s strength stems from the diversity and complexity of his past projects, in-depth contemporary knowledge of planning, law and environmental management, and ability to truly partner with clients to deliver exceptional urban outcomes.
